The Enhanced ProDigit Bi-Color Printer

MapleJet proudly introduces an improved version of our own ProDigit Bi-Color printer. We initially launched this highly successful equipment back in 2015. Today, pipe manufacturing companies widely use this advanced machine for two-color marking. Consequently, this dual-color ability helps companies make their products stand out completely. Furthermore, it allows operators to emphasize distinct, vital technical information directly on the produced pipes.

Robust Design for Harsh Environments

Production requirements and environmental standards change constantly in modern manufacturing. Therefore, our new ProDigit Bi-Color printer provides a perfectly suitable solution. First, the recent hardware improvements include a smart vertical elevator adjustment system. This tool helps operators easily position the printhead during active production runs.

Additionally, we included a heavy-duty stainless steel stand featuring a unique anti-vibration design. This provides a robust look and ensures perfectly stable printing even in the harshest environments. Finally, the more compact design suits demanding industrial production lines perfectly.

Moreover, we understand that manufacturing companies actively look for ways to ‘go green’ today. MapleJet fully commits itself to providing eco-friendly inks as part of our core environmental initiatives.

Decrease Drying Time with Adjustable Heaters

Next, our new adjustable fan heater design includes several key performance factors. It features highly precise temperature control and powerful air blow adjustment options. Also, it comes with an incredibly easy and compatible mounting system.

Operators can adjust this fan heater easily based on specific product requirements. The fan tip utilizes a unique, directed air-blowing mechanism. Consequently, this prevents hot air from getting inside and affecting the delicate nozzle plate. We purposely kept the fan robust and heavy-duty for any industrial environment. Ultimately, experts recommend it for continuous pipe, hose, and cable lines to quickly cure ink on non-porous products.

PD 70 Now Featuring a Bulk Ink System

Besides the ProDigit Bi-Color printer, we updated the MapleJet ProDigit 70 significantly. This specific model now comes standard with a massive bulk ink system. As a result, this addition decreases ink costs and reduces expensive downtime drastically.

This upgrade is particularly important for high-volume, continuous production lines. The printer easily prints high-resolution marks onto porous materials like cartons and boxes. Additionally, we included an accurate low ink beacon, auto-purge capabilities, and a lighter design.

High-Resolution Food Industry Coding

Are you working in the fast-paced food industry? The ProDigit 18 provides excellent high-resolution date coding solutions. Plant managers consistently praise this model for several reasons:

  • Incredibly low cost per print

  • Fantastic overall low cost of ownership

  • Extreme simplicity of daily use

  • Massive flexibility on the production line

  • Unmatched simplicity of maintenance
