We’re here to help If you are not completely content with your purchase. Printers and parts are available for returns and refunds. We cannot refund ink containers and cartridges that have been opened, used, or damaged. Please note that this policy is applicable only to Canadian and US online shops.
Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
To be eligible for a return or refund, please make sure that:
The product was purchased in the last 30 days
The product is in its original packaging
The receipt of the product is available
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
For repair and replacement, customers are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Maplejet. Maplejet will bear one way of the shipping cost for the product under warranty. Customers will bear the two-way shipping cost of products not under warranty.
