United Arab Emirates – MapleJet’s newly established subsidiary company in the Middle East, MapleJet Middle East FZE, has participated in the four-day exhibition held in the Dubai World Trade Center from November 15 to 17, 2021. The exhibition is attended by international buyers and sellers in the region’s petrochemical, packaging, and rubber industry.
What to expect from our stand?
MapleJet is set to showcase its latest coding printing machines in the show – Hx Nitro, a lite and simple machine that has the ability to provide intelligent features including; hourly production rate monitoring; economy mode option to lessen ink consumption of up to 50 percent; and, printer health check that provides warning and helps prevent future downtime. The printer has an IP-based monitoring page where operators can design messages using any device such as a smartphone, tablet, and computer.
Hx Nitro’s lite and simple features make it incredibly suitable in various flexible packaging lines including vertical form filling and sealing machines and horizontal form filling and sealing machines. Coupled with the best ink solution, Hx Nitro is able to print in almost all types of materials from simple paper cartons to other types of plastic materials such as PET, BOPP, HDPE, PE, PVC, PP, ABS, polystyrene, and treated polyethylene film.
The other machines displayed in the exhibition are PD Pipe Printer and Hx Cartro. MapleJet Pipe printer has proven outstanding performance in providing long-lasting, and high-quality prints on pipes. The printer offers low maintenance and low running cost. Hx Cartro printer is a carton coder printer that offers up to 36-millimeter print height and is capable of providing the best quality print onto porous substrates.
