The MapleJet Europe team had the distinct pleasure of visiting our office in the Middle East. The purpose of our trip was multifaceted, aimed at fostering stronger inter-office collaboration and gaining firsthand experience with our Thermal Inkjet (TIJ) products in action in the local market. The highlight of our visit was an invitation from MapleJet Middle East to observe the installed devices, specifically the Hx Ultro Fully-automated Bulk Ink TIJ Printer, at a customer site.

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Raj Kumar Singh from the company, whose hospitality set the tone for an engaging and insightful visit.

One of the most impressive moments of our visit was witnessing the Hx Ultro Thermal Inkjet Printer in action. We had the opportunity to observe the high-speed packaging of baked goods, where the Hx Ultro demonstrated its superior performance and efficiency up to 350 prints per minute. The speed and precision with which the printer operated were remarkable, underscoring why the Hx Ultro is a preferred choice for many businesses in the region. Seeing our technology in real-world applications reinforced our confidence in the product’s capabilities and its impact on improving operational workflows.

‌Our visit wasn’t solely focused on the technical aspects; it was also about strengthening relationships. The exchange of ideas with our Middle East colleagues was both stimulating and educational. We discussed market trends, customer feedback, and strategies to enhance our service offerings. This dialogue not only enriched our understanding but also sparked new ideas for future innovations.

Reflecting on our visit, we are filled with gratitude for the warm reception and the opportunities presented to us by our Middle East colleagues, Mr. Kunal Shah, Regional Sales Director, and Mr. Froilan Yu from Technical Support. The experience was nothing short of extraordinary, providing us with a deeper appreciation for our global MapleJet family. We left with renewed enthusiasm and a wealth of insights that will undoubtedly contribute to our ongoing efforts to innovate and excel.

In conclusion, our trip to Dubai and Oman was a resounding success, highlighting the importance of collaboration and firsthand experience in driving business growth and innovation. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the MapleJet Middle East team for their hospitality and look forward to many more such fruitful exchanges in the future.
