Printers and parts are available for returns and refunds. We cannot refund ink containers and cartridges that have been opened, used, or damaged.\u00a0<strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Please note that this policy is applicable only to Canadian and US online shops. <\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. Maplejet will bear one way of the shipping cost for the product under warranty.
